Fabric inspecting machine with suction belt, oscillating table and double segment

This new automatic fabric inspecting machine has been designed to increase your operating modes in comparison with a tradition machine.

In order to comply with the most demanding needs, the machine is equipped with the following features:

Backlighted multicolour inspecting table with variable inclination.
All the experts of the textile field are aware that the defects can be better seen with a certain inspecting angle, according to their type.
Thanks to this machine the operator can change the angle until he has reached the best inspecting conditions.
The machine has been equipped with a special multicolour screen or fluorescent full.
This device allows you to select the most appropriate background with a simple automatic control, thus creating the “lining effect” that informs you in advance about the visibility degree of the defect. On the other hand, the fluorescent screen is more indicated for coarse or knitted fabric.
Another important feature allows the operator to align perfectly the screen with a suction belt. Under these conditions, he can inspect the fabric on the screen and darn it.

This system, already tested, allows you to measure exactly every kind of fabric, including knitted fabric, as it operates without any tension.

Winding carriage
It can be automatically extracted from the machine body. It allows you to wind up the inspected fabric. This carriage can be equipped with a roll weighting device

Fold-away cradle
It allows you to inspect printed hairy fabric or with direction drawings.
The roll can be prepared by means of a quick phase of fabric sense inversion. Then you can move directly to the following step, thus avoiding the double passage and taking back the fabric to its original direction.
