This
is the smallest, versatile and necessary inspecting machine
that all the users have been expecting for years.
VISTA COMBI has an extremely reduced size, is user-friendly
both when used as a meter-counting machine and piece cutting
machine (it cuts at the length set by the operator).
It can work on weft-warp fabrics, as well as on knitted and
stretched fabrics (excluding double and tubular fabrics).
Heading
is automatic and a compensation cylinder electronically
controls the tension applied to the fabric during handling
Roll density can be adjusted as well.
At the end of cutting operations you can recall the fabric
unwound and wind up the cut piece.
Many optional devices are available, such as: multicolour
substrate (patented system) on the inspecting panel – the
operator can select the “lining effect” according
to the type of fabric and colour, for a better visibility-,
load cell weighting machine for finished rolls, fabric width
measuring device.
Important feature: information on length, width and weight
can be transmitted by serial line to a PC workstation.
The inspecting panel inclination can be adjusted through
a system located on the side of the same panel.
Whenever you don’t need to inspect the fabric, you
can switch the panel light off and operate the piece-cutting
machine from roll to roll.
